I want to thank you for talking to Duncan it was very interesting to hear what he had to say. It was funny that he told you that he is gorgeous; we knew that from the beginning since he stops to admire himself in the mirror! You were spot on about not liking the car so much or to be brushed. I will always look into his eyes and tell him everything, like he asked you to tell me. You have a very special gift and your ability and willingness to share with others is amazing.
You may never know how much your videos impact others’ lives.
I want you to know how much it has done for us because without hearing what you do for your animals, both myself and Duncan would not have recovered and become better versions of ourselves! Duncan was injured learning agility and had a permanent limp. After watching and hearing what you do at the Gentle Barn for your animals, we tried chiropractic and physiotherapy which helped him to fully recover.
With ongoing exercises, he is even stronger than he was before the injury. Hearing that he is very happy with his home made me very happy. It was surreal and very much a pleasure to actually talk to you. Thank you so much for this opportunity and I look forward to maybe one day being able to visit in person. Your ability to talk to him was very informative! Your compassion truly comes through in your words, voice and videos.
